HAPPY FRIDAY, '25/'26 COMPETITION FAMILY!!!

  • Through your parent portal, please mark your dancer as absent and the reason why, when missing a class.

Updated privates available:

  • More privates have been added to class options

  • Bring written goals or what the dancer wants to work on when attending a private

Proper Attire: We have a lot of kids not in proper dance attire, so here is a recap:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

    • One-piece leotard

    • Bootie shorts, leggings, and tights optional

    • Bootie shorts are spandex. Loose-fitting athletic shorts are not acceptable.

  • Wednesday

    • Any form-fitted, age-appropriate dancewear. (2-piece dancewear is allowed)

    • Tank tops, t-shirts, and athletic shorts are NOT considered dancewear.

  • Exceptions - Some classes, cover-ups are allowed. (This is at the teacher's discretion. Be prepared to remove cover-ups.)

  • Hair must be secured out of the face and off the neck. If your hair gets in your way when turning, then wear a bun. Know what works for you and what doesn't.

Choreography:

  • All dancers are expected to know their choreography

  • Use videos, practice at home, practice with fellow dancers

  • Rehearsals are only 20 minutes - it will be hard to clean routines if dancers do not know their choreography.

BAND App Invite:

We’re moving from the old TEAM app to the BAND app for all competition team updates.Join now using this invite link: https://band.us/n/a9a4bdl5oeZev

When signing up:

  • Enter your dancer’s name (or your own if you are the dancer).

  • Make sure notifications are turned on so you don’t miss important messages.

  • This BAND is also set up for kids, so dancers under 13 can sign up.

We will use BAND for competition communications and day-of details such as dressing rooms, schedules, and other updates. Routine videos and music will also be shared here. You will be invited to individual routine “Bands” once each routine has information to share.
