Hello DE Team,

I hope everyone enjoyed some quality family time over the weekend and had a nice Easter. As we approach the final months of classes for the season, there are a few important matters to address.

Attendance: Attendance levels are currently below acceptable standards. It was communicated at the beginning of the season that other activities would be accommodated, but during the main competition season, your DE Team should be your priority. Approximately 40% of the team is not meeting this expectation, and immediate adjustments to priorities are necessary. You made a commitment to this team and your attendance at classes and rehearsals. Understudies will step in, or reblocking will be done before PrimeTime if this does not change immediately.

Understudies: There appears to be some misunderstanding regarding the role of the understudy. I have written a letter to help clarify things. It is attached to this email. Kindly review it.

National Expectations: As preparations for nationals are underway, expectations for the team have been outlined in the attached letter. Please take the time to read it.
