Friends and Family - Sunday, March 9th:

• Sunday Rehearsal Lineup and times are attached

• Ottawa Auditorium

• FYI: the Friday and Saturday rehearsals are at the studio

Wednesday, March 5th, DE SPIRIT DAY!

• Wear green and black dancewear to classes

• We will be having a little sneak peek and showing dances to our teammates

• Friday, Pre-Elite Company - we would LOVE for you to join us on Wednesday. You can come at 7pm and leave after your dances. (If you can't make it, no worries.)

• Mini Company and Elite Company - you will arrive at your regular scheduled time. You may leave at your regular scheduled time, or if dances are still performing, you are welcome to stay and support your team.

Final costume fees will be on your April statement.

• These fees reflect the total cost of each costume after factoring in accessories, shoes, alterations, and any other related expenses.

• We then compare this total with the costume fee you were initially charged.

• Based on this reconciliation, you may receive a credit, see no change, or have an additional charge applied.
